Returns ― “No‑Questions‑Asked” 14‑Day Refund

Window: Return any purchase within 14 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Just send the piece back in its original, resaleable condition and packaging.
Process:
1. Email hello@musimplicity.com with your order number.
2. We’ll issue a prepaid returns label (UK, EU & USA) or advise the best carrier for you.
3. Once received and inspected, we’ll refund 100 % of your purchase price to your original payment method—usually within 3 working days.
That’s it. No forms, no explanations, no restocking fees.
