At Muslimplicity, every framed print is crafted to order, inspected by hand, and packed with care.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about getting your new artwork safely onto your wall—and what to do if you change your mind.

 

Returns ― “No‑Questions‑Asked” 14‑Day Refund

• Window: Return any purchase within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Condition: Just send the piece back in its original, resaleable condition and packaging.

• Process:

  1. Email hello@musimplicity.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll issue a prepaid returns label (UK, EU & USA) or advise the best carrier for you.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll refund 100 % of your purchase price to your original payment method—usually within 3 working days.

• That’s it. No forms, no explanations, no restocking fees.

Production & Transit Times

Because each frame is made‑to‑order, the clock starts when you place your order:

*Business days, counted from the day after your order confirmation email.

• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.

• Duties & Taxes: Orders to the UK, EU and USA ship duty‑paid. Customers outside these regions are responsible for any local import fees.

• Sustainable Packaging: All prints travel in recyclable, plastic‑free packaging with corner guards to keep frames pristine.
