1. What materials are used for your frames and prints?
Our frames are handcrafted from FSC‑certified solid wood - we use responsibly sourced oak and ash wood . The prints use  a beautiful 200gsm stock paper.  Depending on the artwork, we opt for either uncoated matte finish or a semi glossy finish to ensure the colors really shine.

2. How long does production and shipping take?
Because every frame is made to order, production takes 1–2 business days. Standard delivery reaches you in 4–6 business days from ordering, while Express arrives in 3–5 business days. For the full breakdown please see here.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to 40+ countries worldwide. Standard shipping is free to the UK, EU and USA, and £29.99 for the rest of the world. Express is available in the UK, EU and USA for £9.99. The complete destination list and rates are available—see here.

4. Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Orders to the UK, EU and USA ship duty‑paid, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. Customers elsewhere are responsible for any local import duties or taxes.

5. What is your returns policy?
We offer a no‑questions‑asked, 14‑day refund window. Simply contact our support team with your order number, then arrange and pay for return shipping with your preferred carrier—see here.

6. What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?
On the rare occasion that your print arrives damaged, email photos of the packaging and item within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll dispatch a free replacement or process a full refund immediately.

7. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
It will be possible to cancel an order if the production has not started yet.  Please email us ASAP and we will see what we can do to stop the order and issue a refund.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are secured with 256‑bit SSL encryption.
